Headlight Restoration

Headlights are made from polycarbonate plastic that's coated with a UV-resistant film at the factory. Over time — especially in South Florida's intense sun — that UV film breaks down, causing the plastic to oxidize and turn yellow, cloudy, or hazy. The result is reduced light output, compromised visibility at night, and a car that looks years older than it is.

Our headlight restoration process uses a multi-stage wet sanding and buffing technique to remove the damaged oxidized layer, progressively refining the surface until it's crystal clear. We finish with a UV-resistant sealant to protect the restored surface from re-yellowing for years to come.
